At Party Expert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to send back to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
